Skill: Back Squat bar position

WOD:
A) 3 rep max back squat or heavy 3 rep.

B) Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
95/65. back squats, 20 reps
30 double-unders
L1: choose weight, scale pull ups, singles.
L2: kipping pull ups
