CrossFit Insurgent welcomes you to join us for a free introductory session. This will give you the chance to experience a CrossFit workout and to get acquainted with our coaches and our members. Our expert coach will take you through a classic class format: dynamic warm up, skill training, WOD and cool down. Then, we can answer all of your questions, discuss your goals and get you started on the path to elite fitness.

Free trial sessions every Wednesday at 7:30 pm and Saturdays at 11:00 am

Step 2


New members receive a personal assessment and goal setting session with one of our experienced coaches and a comprehensive “On-Ramp” program. This program provides a complete overview of the CrossFit training philosophy and offers new members a small-group forum to learn the 9 foundational exercises.

CrossFit’s foundational exercises mimic natural human movement. Together we squat, push, pull, run and jump – with or without weight – based on your current fitness level. Exercises are scalable be and our coaches are committed to your safety and efficacy.

Intro Class

Heard about CrossFit, but not quite sure what it is exactly? We have you covered. Join us Saturday’s for your free introduction to CrossFit. We’ll lay it all down and show you the fundamentals of our approach to overall wellness and fitness. See what it’s all about and experience the CrossFit way of life. No need to feel weary if you’re a beginner, our wonderful staff is here to make sure you have a great fitness experience. Sill unsure? Bring a friend along for that extra push. But here at CrossFit Insurgent, we have your back. Our motto is “Start To Finish.” We’ll start together and finish together. We’re dedicated to each and every one of our members, and we’re always here to help you tackle your fitness goals. So, join us for our free Saturday Intro to CrossFit and start your path to a new you. Remember, the class is free. Your participation is welcome. At CrossFit Insurgent, It’s more than just a workout. It’s a community. Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration.

CrossFit 101

To assist new CrossFitters become more comfortable in “The Box”, our introductory class was designed to help new students with entry skill and/or fitness level understand and practice proper technique from the beginning. At CrossFit Insurgent, our classes begin with a 10-minute warm up, followed by a skill, a WOD (Workout of the Day), then a cool down. These WOD’S, constantly varied functional movements, performed at high intensity, are scaled, and modified to each athlete’s level sustained with good form and proper technique. WOD’s change everyday, and combine weight lifting, gymnastics, and conditioning for the ultimate CrossFit workout. As an introductory class for our members, you will experience the fundamentals of CrossFit, which include: methods and philosophy, basic conditioning, movement skill and technique. “Start together, finish together” is our mantra. We’re a dedicated community. Our wonderful staff of certified trainers are here to help you every step of the way.


For those wanting to step it up in “The Box”, our CrossFitclass is open to intermediate athletes and more experienced CrossFitters. Participation inthis class level requires a good capacity of movement knowledge and a higher-level skill base. Our fitness domains include: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. The result is a comprehensive physical fitness program designed for maximum results. The advanced classes for our athletes comprise of tougher conditioning workouts with more advanced movements including Olympic lifting and rope climbing. Advanced classes also address the mental aspects of training that incorporate strategy.

Personal Training

CrossFit Insurgent trainers are ready and available to help you improve your CrossFit skills and help you reach your personal goals. Get the most out of your CrossFit sessions by expanding your abilities with personal training sessions with any of our qualified trainers. Personal sessions offer more instruction or practice than what you get from the daily WODs; the ability to master a particular skill(s); the need for a motivational push; or if you just want to take on more CrossFit in your life. Our trainers are here to help you succeed in bigger ways you thought possible; take advantage of their expertise!

Step 4


CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that started with military officers, police officers and firefighters where true fitness was essential for survival. It quickly transcended into the primary workout program for martial artists and elite athletes worldwide. The undeniable results achieved via CrossFit have created widespread growth beyond this population to the “average” consumer.

The program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. It’s specialty is not specializing. Military, police, sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The program can be used for elderly individuals with heart disease to professional athletes preparing for their season. In CrossFit, load and intensity are scaled to meet the demands of the individual; not the program. In a sentence, CrossFit is for everyone!
